Commercial Drain Line Preventive Maintenance Program
 BioOne® is the most innovative and technologically advanced
drain line maintenance product on the market today.
1. The BioOne® program will provide a top quality automatic-dispensing system. The system consists of a
commercial grade peristaltic metering pump, necessary tubing and a reservoir container for the BioOne®
2. This system will dispense a patented liquid microbial product (BioOne®) into the main drain line on a continuous
basis helping to eliminate problematic grease and oil-related backups.
3. The 2.5-gallon container of BioOne® will be inspected by a certified technician approximately every 30 days and
replenished approximately every 60 days.
4. The internal/external grease traps will be inspected for mantle thickness, effluent conditions, and lower-level
sludge. When grease traps/septic tank(s) require pumping, the facility manager on duty will be notified by the
technician and recommendations will be noted on the service report.
5. Visual inspection of all inlet and outlet sanitary tees, structural and functional conditions of grease trap/septic
tank(s) and drain field(s) will be noted on the service report.
6. A thorough inspection of the commercial establishment will be performed by a certified technician prior to the
time of installation of the BioOne® program.
There are three basic preventative maintenance programs available:
1. The Standard Program:
The BioOne® Auto-Dispensing System will provide an all-natural liquid
microbial product which is to be administered automatically into the main drain line (usually at the tri-sink/floor
drain) on a continuous basis.
2. The Silver Program:
The Silver Program is the same as the Standard Program with addition of grease and oil-related backups
being guaranteed, with the exception of store abuse (careless dumping of
grease and oil into floor drains).
3. The Gold Program:
The Gold Program is the same as the Standard Program with the exception that any and all floor drain backups
will be guaranteed regardless of the cause, with the exception of broken or
mechanical defects in the plumbing and/or drain lines.
