 Monthly Service Include:
• Replenishment of BioOne® 2.5 gallon bimonthly
• Scheduled service call every month
• Inspect and secure all drain covers; replace as needed
• Monitor and maintain the dispensing systems
• Grease trap inspection; report inspection findings to manager on duty

Other service options offered:
• Treatment of all floor drains with BioOne® liquid bacteria once per month.
• Work with staff on housekeeping and cleaning procedures that prevent drainage failures.
• Inspection and aeration of grease traps, pH, and temperature testing.
• Supply facilities management with inspection reports (see following pages).
• Have a 24-hour emergency service available (extra charges should apply).
• Do a survey with drain line dye testing to make sure the water goes to the grease trap;
check drain covers in food preparation areas.
• Monitoring of recyclable oil, physically check the tank to see if they are using it.
• Consult with personnel concerning deep fryer grease management.
• Review service procedures and systems components with personnel.
• Consultation with local city and county officials to find local ordinances for all your
customers. Even though some areas are not enforced, most municipalities have drainage
ordinances.
Note: We recommend that all equipment installed, including dispensing pump systems, should remain the property
of the contractor. The monthly service charge should include all technicians’ service calls, BioOne® and use of
dispensing pump.
